Ok so here is the final cake from my first completed cake decorating course. A white rosette covered heart shaped cake. 

So recently I decided to follow my interest and desire to decorate cake. I signed up for a class at the local craft shop. Boy was I surprised at how much fun I had learning. I met some great people in class and am looking forward to taking the next class when time allows. Here are some pictures of some flowers and cupcakes we made and a decorated dummy cake that I did for practice.
